Wendys — Employees arguing with Customers. 6/11/2023 The drive thru line was long so I went inside to order. There we two customers ahead of me that said they’ve been waiting there for service for 40 minutes. It took about 5 minutes before anybody took my order. Another guy walks in and asks what’s going on, he has been in the drive thru for about 15 minutes. One of the workers in the back said, I don’t know what you want us to do about it. Then the other lady, who I think is a cashier yelled we”re short staffed. What I also don’t understand is that how none of the workers are wearing hair nets. They all have their hair hanging down working in unclean conditions. The store was very dirty, when I walked in. What I find even more sketchy is that they don’t offer receipts. How can you not offer receipts for my purchase? I finally got my order 30 minutes later. This store has always been unprofessional every time I visit there but today, watching the employees argue with customers is very concerning. I need to either be reimbursed or provided a gift card for a different location. This location has the worst customer experience and the workers all seem tired of that place. If I could give a rating of a zero, I would.
