They are now respecting appointment times which means 10 minutes before or after your appointment you can arrive however they are taking too many appointments at one time which makes the wait time about an hour or a little over. We should be able to get in and get out within an hour of our time… not getting to the part where they check to see if you’re good to donate an hour after my time. This is ridiculous and this will lead to many people stopping the donation process.
