The fact I bought a medium brown dye. It turned my hair black, which I now cannot remove I’ve tried multiple things. I’ve box dyed my hair for years and I’ve never ended up in a mess like this. I am absolutely distraught. I’ve used this brand for years. Now going to cost me about £80 to get it fixed properly. I have never had this issue, and I really cannot afford for this to be corrected. I would normally always recommend yourselves but never again.
