Hi 😃 so I’m just contacting you guys because I’ve been using your product for years and have always loved it I get the medium blonde and use it about every two months, this time I used it my scalp was on fire and I took it off after 15 minutes instead of 25 when I rinsed my hair I felt blisters pop underneath my finger tips is there a way I got a defective product or you changed your product? I think I might need to get medical attention to the burns on my head
