I have been using this dye since I was 19 and I am 45 now. There have been many new versions of this product but I have stuck with it because it’s the only box dye that doesn’t lighten or purple with washings. The last time I used this dye, I had a very strange problem. No matter how much I rinse my hair it won’t rinse out all the way and it is still staining my white towel after a month and a half of washes! I wash my hair daily so that is insane. I am tired of using a black towel and covering my white pillowcase when I go to bed with wet hair and need a solution! Thank you.
