I normally use a Light Ash Blonde shade in summer & fall and wanted to go a bit darker for the winter. Just bought the new & improved Nice n Easy Medium Ash Blonde 8A and applied it today. It’s way too dark!! I am also wondering like other customers if there has been a mix-up somewhere in manufacturing and/or putting the wrong dye in the wrong box. Nobody at Clairol answers the phone on weekends! Am desperately trying to figure out what to do next. Will never buy Nice n Easy again!!
