I am a user of Natural Instincts for atleast 15 years. I have used your #18 for years (med golden brown) & the formula you had would cover my gray ( I am salt & pepper gray) with a final result that left the look of subtle golden highlights. It gave a healthy look, leaving my hair lightweight & full of body. However, your new formula, # 5G, may be similar in the color chart, but gives a very different result, which is quite a bit darker, & leaves my hair very heavy feeling, quite weighed down. I don’t want to look elsewhere for my hair color. Clairol is long in the business, well established & trusted.
