I requested for membership cancellation and the person who assisted me calculated my penalty on 20 months remaining whereas I’ve been paying for 11 months on a 24 months contract. She later corrected it to 13 months however the 7 months difference made R89 difference which did not make sense to me. When I enquired the consultant told me it is the correct amount and she is not willing to correct it. I would like to cancel this membership as it no longer serves me and pay whatever penalty I have to pay which should be correct and fair. Pertunia [protected]
