I want to correct my billing address on my online order. (online order time) Called phone number given by my local branch -27 minutes wait. (1st call) Hung up on me. 12/13/2020 at 7:00 pm.

Now on again…
All because the online order option messed this “easy” ordering option up.
It asked me my billing address and I put it in.
It asked me the shipping address which is different…I put it in.
My receipt shows both billing and shipping address to be the same.

You can send me an apology to the address below. A credit back for my invested time would be appreciated as I know your time is valuable too.
