I have been waiting for 70 mins and just sat down in a chair. My machine hasn’t been set up and others are waiting for an arm poke in front of me. 2 people walked out while I was waiting due to the ridiculous lengthy wait times. A gentleman with a buzzed haircut was doing my check in process. He most definitely does not have a high enough cognitive level or speed to be working up front. The last several weeks here have been horrible terrible service. What happened to all your previous employees that were fast and efficient? I won’t be returning here if I have to spend 3 hours of my time for one donation. Get it together!
