I can not tell you how disappointed I am in the BJ’s in Henrietta NY. We have given a lot of consideration and leeway due to the pandemic but now the changes are truly effecting my thoughts on switching to Costco. I cant believe the self check outs no longer have scanners. On an an average day there is 1 or 2 open lanes that are not self check out. Most of the time a long line with only 2 clerks. Now I have to remove everything from my cart and put on the tray (which overflows). So it takes me and everyone else twice as long and for someone with arm issues this is extremely hard. I’m so disappointed and have no idea why the change was made but its aweful. Our grocery stores allow us to scan as we put in our carts on an app and pay without standing in line and yours just made us load, unload, reload and then unload again at our car. Terrible decision and one that I think is going to make me switch where I shop.
