On july 16, 2021 at around 5:45 – 6:05 at register #57, an employee was rude to me on two occasions within five minutes. First I apparently clipped the wrong coupons and the register pinged the employee for assistance, the employee came to the register I was at, looked at the coupons then looked at the products and said something to the effect of this is what the coupon is for and this what you have which is incorrect, he cleared the error at the register and walked away. He was very short with me and by the tone in his voice, his actions and body language I could tell he was agitated. The lines for the registers were starting to back up and it was busy at the time so I could understand his frustration at the time and was willing to let this incident pass, but then he came back a couple minutes later and moved my shopping cart out of the way so that another customer could pass, he didn’t ask me if I could move it myself or if it was okay if he moved it for me, again he seemed agitated when he did it and just walked away.
I understand that customer service and dealing with hundreds of different people can be frustrating at times but as a person who pays for membership I do not expect this type of service from the employees.
