I ordered kitchen appliances 3/21/2021 (about $4, 500 worth of items) with an estimated delivery date of 5/17/2021. The order has been “processing” since the 21st of March. I have called more than 10 times in the last 3 weeks to get an update on the now backordered items. In which, no one wanted to inform me of these being backordered. My significant other calls today (6/3/2021) they have no record of me calling. This has been by far the worst experience of my life. I will never order from BJ’s Wholesale again. I could go on more but I have a “350 character” word limit and I am way past that already.
