on 3/1/21 a deduction of $55.00 was deducted from my account. Called to dispute, gave team member my information was told would be refunded within 13 days, spoke with George. 3/4 called was told would be refunded within 12-15 days was processed on 3/2/21. On 3/11/21 spoke with Adrea will be completed on 16th was given his ref#3992367. 3/16/21 was told it was processed on 5th should receive by 3/19/21. 3/19/21 was told has not been processed asked to speak with manager, Peter. Peter returned my call gave my account information new ref#4074889. 3/23/21 Peter called payment has been refunded, as of 3/24/21 no refund will see in 4 to 7 days. This is outrageous, they have lied for almost a month. it is only 55.00 but it is my 55.00. this is the worst customer service that I have ever dealt with. I will need to go to another source, it this is not resolved shortly.
