Very Poor service at the Bowie location! I placed online purchase on 10/29/20 for a Slim Cycle bike to pick-up today 10/31/2020 at 9:00 am. BJ’s sends a cancelation message after I arrived at the store at 9:00 am. No one even cared to check any other nearby stored for inventory! I did my own research and found a BJ’s in Pasadena MD., 15 miles away, which was stocked. BJ’s should have coordinated merchandise shipments and save me all of the trouble or at the least direct me to another stocked BJ’s store. Very disappointing!
