I would like to register a complaint about the treatment that I never received. I’m a 100% disabled retired Marine and I need assistance in order to move around. Therefore, I needed the use of a motorized cart while I navigate the store. In the past, this hasn’t been an issue, but this time I managed to move from my car to the store and requested the cart as I have done numerous times in the past only to find that of the three that were available one was inoperable, one was being charged and finally one was totally drained of power. I sat for in excess of one hour waiting for someone to help me. I had inquired about a replacement cart and the person that I spoke to left to find a different one and that was the last that I heard about it. I was fortunate to have my sister accompany me as she was able to accomplish the shopping while I sat and waited. This is completely unsatisfactory and unacceptable and I request that this type of treatment ceases and I don’t expect to be put in this type of position again.
