Carvana — Failure to disclose. We did the paperwork to get a vehicle. We had one week and one day before pick up. We were told they would call if they needed to otherwise we were good for schedule pick up time. The night before our pick up 10pm I get a notification that the vehicle we purchased was no longer available and my dashboard showed no vehicle. They never called, text or emailed anything indicating an issue. The car vending machine is over two hours away and we were on our way to pick up the vehicle when Rachel explained the purchase was cancelled because of a problem with the vehicle. We tried to get another vehicle during the same time frame, Monday. They agreed we did the paperwork, some horrible lady calls and says it will be June if we don’t purchase their insurance. I absolutely hate this company and sick of their games. I hope no one ever has to experience their tactics. They should reimburse the miles, gas, and time my family wasted on their schemes. I feel we have been violated and mistreated.
