I have used Clairol Nice and Easy Permanent colour in ash blondes for years without issue. Recently I purchased the new improved Medium Ash Blonde from my local Coles supermarket in Emerald . My hair is not been coloured for 4 months and the base was a light mouse brown. I put the colour in and it burnt a little after application. I washed the product o uht and my colour is now a dirty res brown colour. Also I had to get up in the middle of the night and re wash my hair due to a strange scale sensation and a headache. I have no idea what has happened to the formula but my head is still itching and burning like I have a rubber band applied around it. I will never use this product again. I cannot work out what the heck has occurred. Now I’m stuck with awful hair. And it’s supposed to protect from damage. Natasha.
