Just want to say how disappointed I am with using Clairol nice’n easy today. Purchased product 9.5A, bar code [protected] from Coles Redbank Ipswich Qld 8/7/2021. I am very familiar with this product as I used it for years when I was younger, have even toured the Clairol factory in NZ years ago. The colour I used today is nothing like what I expected, and am now thinking I will change to another brand and hair colour. Sorry to say goodbye to an old friend.
