I am emailing to complain about your root touch up for black shades. I had everything ready last night and then realised there was no application brush. I did the best I could to mix and apply with my fingers but it went everywhere on my skin which I had to use a pumice stone to get it off. I have used the product many times and always had positive results but thos time im very dissapointed, I appreciate these thing’s can happen just wanted to make you aware. The product no on the box is [protected] and on the information leaflet [protected].
