I originally used Ultress and, when discontinued, started using Nice and Easy. PLEASE, CHANGE THE FORMULA BACK!!
Everything was fine for 25 years and now with the formula change I am very unhappy. First, there must be a chemical reaction since it feels hot on my head. I used #10, it is now 11.
Second, it has a gummy/greasy feel and conditioner does not change that. Hair feels damaged and “crispy”. Have had problems over the last 3-4 months.
Third, I’ve always been complimented on the natural look – no more.
Fourth, I’ve had a pool for 18 years and have never had a problem with my hair turning green – it does now.
Resolution Requested – Go back to previous formula
