Purchased 2 boxes of above from Boots, Ormskirk lancashire this week
I have used the nice & easy product over 15 years and never had a problem. On this occasion after mixing the two ingredients, applying and rinsing off after 30 minutes I found no colour at all had transferred to head.
No colour came off in rinse only white.
Obviously there has been a problem in your processes. Please advise and rectify.
