To whom this may concern, am writing to you about the issue I’ve had with your hair dye, it has turned my hair a totally different colour which was stated on the box, plus my neck has came out in a rash ever since using your hair dye! I have used your dyes many times and hvent had a problem like this before, I do find this very upsetting and terrible, i did do a patch test before usein the dye, I do hope you will look into this matter for me please, and I hope we can also resolve this matter peacefully.Thank You.
