I have been using this product for decades and stuck with the changes of numbers and names. I coloured my hair 4 weeks ago as usual and there was no change – I assumed I had mistimed the application. However I coloured my hair again this morning following my normal process and again no change. As you can imagine I am very disappointed as this product has been excellent over the years.
The numbers on the box are [protected] [protected] 10.
Could this be a faulty batch?
