I have used this product, same colour for the last 5 years and have been happy with it. I bought this last one 2 days ago and have just applied it exactly the same as I have always done. The colour is advertised on the box as ‘light warm brown’ My hair has now turned a shocking shade of ginger!

I am horrified to say the least, it does not look anything like the colour advertised on the box or the colour I have had in the past, it is completely different.

I would like some form of compensation as I now need to seek professional advice to put this right.
