Hi have loved your product for years, but today, I was about to apply my colour, when I noticed the colour was much darker than usual, I use nice and easy 8CB, natural medium champagne blonde, it was obviously an incorrect bottle of colour (bottle # 1 It seems to be labeled correctly but is obviously wrong ! Much darker !… I have photos to show you, Thankyou
