The police cought him later but he was released due to “lack of evidence” …….I HAD HIS PUBIC HAIR ON ME WHEN I WENT TO HOSPITAL FOR RAPE KIT. Turns out there was plenty of evidence, but this guy is basically in witness protection! He is a key witness to a “bigger crime” in the eyes of the FBI and he therefore is being protected. The cell phone he called from was someone else’s phone in the building. The apartment is his “girlfriend’s” who works overnights at a nursing home while he calls over and rapes escorts!
