Mytrip.com — Dual Booking without action. I have booked flight ticket on 11th Apr 2023 using direct site Mytrip.com. After all transaction, travel details and payment, i didnt get any action about ticket and payment at the end. So, i rebooked due to fare may get change… Once the rebooking is done….Next day morning i received 2 ation tickets…Even my bank side payment not deducted at the time of booking on 11th Apr but next day received action from Bank side and Mytrip.com side about transaction action. So, how they hold my transaction at the time of booking and same action on next day??? I think this site is Fake and they can play with customers by holding transactions and later release…Also, Now the customer care team saying cannot cancel the ticket as its raised for dispute… I have 2 tickets for same date travel with same agency Mytrip.com Not resolved yet
