Patel Brothers — Frozen Vegetables. I regularly shop at Patel Brothers on 1251 E Fowler Ave Tampa Florida. I purchased 3 bags frozen vegetables. On opening one bag, it was found to have chunks of ice in it. I called the store for a return of the remaining 2 bags. They were very rude and rejected the request for a refund. Refund my payment .
