PayPal — Did not look into the claim further. Filed a dispute towards a fraudulent eBay vendor. My case was closed and no refund given. I bought an merchandise from eBay on 9/9/15. The following morning, 9/10/15, I obtained an e-mail from eBay indicating that the vendor had a compromised account and to not interact in any exercise with them. I filed a dispute with PayPal for an unauthorized transaction, because the fee seems to have gone to an account opposite to the unique sellers. PayPal obtained no reply to my dispute from the vendor, however since my private account had no proof of being tampered with they closed my dispute and informed me to contact my bank card firm to cope with it. I despatched a message to PayPal after studying of the choice on 9/16/15 however by no means acquired a reply.
