Venmo — Hacked account. My account was hacked. I discovered this by calling Venmo and providing information to verify my identity where the employee ed my credentials and then opened a fraud case. I have been in contact with Venmo back and forth via email where I provided all the info they needed. They came back and said the info doesn’t match in the secondary review even though the gentleman ed it was changed so how can I have this info if I’m not the fraudster, it doesn’t make sense. But they do have account history and that should be used to validate. Unfortunately they are telling me there is nothing they can do and this sounds absolutely ridiculous to me since I myself work for a financial institution. By reviewing my account, specifically historical info and being able to reinstate it
