ood day when I took out zone fitness I was advised by a consultant that I would be able to freeze my account at any point when I need to I was never told of what are the requirements to freeze account. I have been with zone fitness now for more that a year and been training at the sable square branch. last year when I wanted to freeze my account I was told my Samantha at sable square that my account needed to be up to date to freeze it now this year now this year things are not looking good for me as I am a single parents and bread winner with an ill child I asked zone fitness to freeze my account the request was sent towards the end of January and the lady told me it should not be a problem as long as my last payment was successful and we went to a roller coater until 1st week of February and nothing was being done in my account and I ended up missing a payment because I told them I could not pay the full amount anymore. I finally called the manager at cape town dbc branch to assist me and he asked that I send him the correspondence between me and the consultants I was busy with and he advised because of the wrong information I was given by them as he can see on email as well he would make sure that I get the help I need and I waited and only got one email for a consultant at sable square wanting more information I don’t know for what as everything was on email I re explained myself and last week another lady called her name is thuli sajini and I re told the story again to her and she promised to make sure my account was freeze even if its just for 3months but I would pay a percentage monthly and up until now nothing has been resolved I called her again today and it sounded like she does not even remember me. again I missed a payment and gonna be behind all due to unprofessionalism. my contact number is [protected] Lorraine liziwe Makohliso and i. d number is [protected]
