I have been a zone fitness superclub member for more than six years now if I put together finishing my contracts and re-joining. I am currently on month to month. The point I am trying to make is that I have never been disrespected and humiliated the way two staff members namely Mogamat Taybe Fredericks and Jesse did to me today.
I often train between 16:30 and 18:00 and today 17.03.2021 at approximately 18:00 when we just almost finished with our session, both my partner and I were left with last sets to be precise. This staff member that I later known as Jesse came to us and told us to move from the machine/bench we were busy on and I politely told him that we were almost done, and that is when the problem started. Because he then raised his voice infront of everyone and said to my suprise we were not suppose to use that part of the gym and that, he is instructing us to move. I kept on telling him we were almost done, he is waiting time and eventually I lost it and told him we were not moving, he must rather call the manager. He came back with this Mogamat and things went from better to worse. I was so angry that I remember insulting one of them.
In my experience I know of circuit training or what ever and like I said to this Jesse guy he was suppose to in a polite way see that no member is using the machines when he is going to be busy with (I don’t even know what to call it). And I don’t think as a member, regardless of what transpired the zone fitness staff have a right to insult, point fingers or even threaten any member. The worst and unprofessional part was when they refused to give me their names but yet asked for mine of which I freely gave them my card for so they can get my details
To narrow it down this two staff member’s customer service is disgusting and they really need help.
I will never ever be happy if I still see them in this watergate branch, the way they did and looked down at me let alone the embarrassment.
