I have been getting messages that I have not made payment for my membership ‘ NON-PAYMENT COULD LEAD TO ADVERSE CREDIT RATING, PAY YOUR GYM ACCOUNT OR MAIL SHARON URGENT [protected]@zonefitness.co.za’ and thought it was a glitch on your system because I have made my payment exactly month end. Indeed when I went to the Parow branch I could not get in because apparently I’m in arrears. I have been paying my fee every month since I started so I don’t understand the arrears you refer to. Please get this sorted out so I can go back to gym. Thank you
